What strategies do you use to manage your time and meet deadlines?

I keep a calendar or the deadlines I have comitted to, and schedule time ahead of each deadline to execute the tasks. When I have several tasks at the same time I prioritise the tasks with the highest urgency and impact.

There are a few key methods I use to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Firstly, I set up regular check-in meetings with all relevant parties so that everyone is aware of what is happening and can provide input if necessary. Secondly, I make sure to keep detailed records of all progress made and share these with stakeholders on a regular basis. Finally, I am always available to answer any questions or concerns that stakeholders may have.

How do you communicate difficult or unpopular decisions to senior management?

I always start by trying to build a consensus among my team and other stakeholders. If that's not possible, I explain my reasoning clearly and concisely to senior management, and try to reach a compromise that everyone can live with.

Can you tell me about a time when you had to manage a difficult stakeholder relationship?

I had to manage a difficult stakeholder relationship when I was working on a project to implement a new software system for a large company. The stakeholders were the executive team, who were very supportive of the project, and the IT department, who were resistant to change. I was able to successfully manage the relationship by communicating the benefits of the new system to the IT department and by working with the executive team to address their concerns.
